On the Ground Floor of the villa, an accesible room, a double room, a grand central dining room of 50m2 welcomes us with vaulted ceilings and stone walls.

Adjacent to it is a large 50m2 lounge area for relaxation, equipped with a supreme 85 inch television and fireplace. There is also a billiards room with tables and a fireplace spanning 60m2, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that offer direct access to the garden and barbecue area. The BBQ space includes tables of an approximate of 30 people and a chill-out area. Additionally, there is a laundry room, a dryer room, and three bathrooms. An adjoining space to the kitchen is available for storage of sports equipment, water sports gear, or indoor bicycles. The property also provides 8-vehicle parking.

On the First Floor, there is an 80m2 terrace with arches where one can enjoy peaceful moments and spectacular views, 6 big rooms and a chill-out  lounge.

The house is spacious, practical and luxurious – and the architectural design works beautifully and is inspiring. As a result, it is not only a great place to relax and unwind, but it is also quite an uplifting place to stay.

The house layout makes it very easy and flexible to eat inside or outside depending on the weather, you can have breakfast and supper on the top balcony and lunch under the shady pergola on the first floor.
